My husband and I attended our first Root and Restore class with Winter at the yurt. It is a magical space-so calming, relaxing, and peaceful. But that doesn't compare to Winter--she is a wonderful, talented instructor and I always leave her classes feeling grounded and restored. Any class with Winter is amazing!
